It Won’t Be Snowing on June 1 (Join Our Baby Steps 3K Team)

It’s snowing in Minnesota today, but it won’t be on June 1 (I don’t think!). The Baby Steps 3K Walk is in one month.

Our team is growing and we’d love to have you join us! If you’re planning on coming to support Jaxson and all the other babies who have benefited from the neonatal program at Children’s, please register today. I’m thinking about getting our team some T-shirts, so we’ll need to have an accurate count of teammates! What do you think?

You will make a difference for a family with a small or sick baby! If you’re on the fence about joining our team, please watch this video from the 2011 event – I’ll bet you won’t be on the fence anymore! 🙂

Oh man, what an adventure! I went into labor unexpectedly when I was 23w3d pregnant. Jaxson was born weighing 1 lb 8 oz. A tiny little peanut, but boy was he feisty. He still is! We love it now, but we probably won't when he is a teenager. I write about our journey and all other things that come with it, including a brain tumor.
