Like Mother or Like Father?

So many people say that Jax looks like Steve. He does! But, does he have at least a teeny, tiny, weensy bit of me? (Please say yes…!)

What do you think?

Jax saw this and said “WOW!” (Seriously, that’s his new favorite word and it’s absolutely adorable hearing his excitement over everything! I love his curiosity and wide eyes; he helps me remember what it’s like to appreciate everything around me.)

Have a great week!

Oh man, what an adventure! I went into labor unexpectedly when I was 23w3d pregnant. Jaxson was born weighing 1 lb 8 oz. A tiny little peanut, but boy was he feisty. He still is! We love it now, but we probably won't when he is a teenager. I write about our journey and all other things that come with it, including a brain tumor. We look forward to "meeting" you - come hang out with us...we're pretty cool.

  1. He looks double of daddy in the top, and just like you on the bottom 🙂
We go through months of sickness and uncomfortableness when pregnant, not to mention the pain getting the little monkeys out and they don’t even look like us in the end. The cheek! Henry looks noting like me but double of his daddy.
Also, Henry does the “WOW” thing. Seriously it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever ever heard in my life x

    1. LOL – yes, how could they do that to us?! 😉 I love the pics of Daddy and of Jax – their facial expressions are identical, it makes my heart swell – so adorable. Too bad we live so far away, or Jax and Henry could “wow” over things at the playground together!!

  2. Jax looks like you! Everybody always says our Jack looks like his daddy, but I think he looks a little like me too. And our new little one…well it is weird to have a baby who doesn’t look anything like her mom or her dad 🙂
