Oops – Here’s a Photo Consolation Prize

Sorry gang, I just published a draft post! I can’t believe it took me this long to do that. Eventually that post will be hi-larious, but until then, here’s a cute photo to make up for your disappointment. 😉

Jax is sick again – this time with some sort of stomach bug. He threw up in the middle of the night last night (all over his crib, blankets, and stuffed animals) – yuk. And today, he’s been running a fever. I hope it’s just a 24-hour thing and that he feels better soon. The kid just cannot get a break this winter! Thankfully, the weather has turned a corner – it was 45° today! Spring is just around the corner, so hopefully that means no more sickness!

Oh man, what an adventure! I went into labor unexpectedly when I was 23w3d pregnant. Jaxson was born weighing 1 lb 8 oz. A tiny little peanut, but boy was he feisty. He still is! We love it now, but we probably won't when he is a teenager. I write about our journey and all other things that come with it, including a brain tumor.
