Bringing Hope to NICU Families

When Jax was born, you all rallied around our family and helped us put one foot in front of the other with your generosity, love, and prayers. Your support was what allowed us to be with Jax and help him fight to live – instead of worrying about bills, or taking the garbage out, or walking the dog. We could not have done it without you.

And now, four years later, you’ve rallied again! How can it be that we have so many incredible people in our lives?! Thanks to your support and giving hearts, we were able to raise $1,100 for The Potato Head Project through the Hope for Preemies fundraiser. The Potato Head Project will use the money for onesies for ***300*** care packages for preemie families in the NICU.

You made a difference for a preemie family…again. We are so thankful.

There are still some Chicken Soup for the Soul Power of cover_art_192118Gratitude books available through the fundraiser. If you’d like to purchase a book (or sponsor a copy for a family in the NICU), you can do so via PayPal.

Click on this link and type the amount you wish to donate (books are $15 each; $10 of your purchase goes to help preemie families) and follow the instructions on your screen. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one for free. If you’d prefer to send a cash or check donation, please email JaxMully@hotmail.com for our mailing address.

Thank you!

Oh man, what an adventure! I went into labor unexpectedly when I was 23w3d pregnant. Jaxson was born weighing 1 lb 8 oz. A tiny little peanut, but boy was he feisty. He still is! We love it now, but we probably won't when he is a teenager. I write about our journey and all other things that come with it, including a brain tumor. We look forward to "meeting" you - come hang out with us...we're pretty cool.

Thanks for hanging out with us! Leave us a comment!
